Frequently Asked Questions
Choose a question for the answer.
What are the benefits of employing a grant proposal writer?
In short, you obtain expertise. Grant proposals require writing in a compelling manner. We meet with your team to get the necessary information. We then craft the grant proposal working with representatives of the many federal agencies. Your grant is reviewed by our experienced sources of researchers, reviewers, and fellow proposal writers to insure a top notch proposal.
Are there any add-on or hidden costs?
We submit a contract for your review. Upon agreement of the terms of the contract, we begin the work of grant research and writing a compelling proposal.
How do you work with our business, organization, or university?
First, we set up a meeting with your team. We meet with the researchers, financial members, sales and marketing individuals, and your legal advisors to understand fully your product and commercialization plans. We search for the perfect grant to seek funding. Once your team agrees to the grant, we begin using our talents to craft a compelling proposal.
How long does it take to write a Project Pitch or Phase I Application?
Everyone of our clients has a novel product or conceptual idea to bring to fruition for which they seek funding. Typically, your project pitch is written in two or three business days.
A Phase I application typically takes two or three weeks. Extensive research and writing is required, equipping you with a strong persuasive grant for submitting to a federal agency.
Do you provide a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)?
Absolutely! We understand your need to protect your Intellectual Property (IP) and Proprietary Information (PI). We are glad to sign an NDA prior to receiving any documentation from you that may contain IP or PI. If you do not have an NDA, then we can provide one free of charge for you to sign.
What happens to my files and grant proposals after I have taken delivery?
Once we deliver the grant to you, all files relating to the project will be deleted from our server and the files space overwritten using the
industry accepted seven-pass pattern: 0xF6, 0x00, 0xFF, random, 0x00, 0xFF, random. This will prevent any data from your project being retrieved and helps ensure that your project remains within your company.
The only file we keep on our servers once your project is the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to comply with the terms of the NDA (typically 1 – 5 years).
